David's Tutti-Frutti Basmati Rice Dish

 

Steam 1 cup basmati rice, 1 1/2 cups water

Steam 1 1/2 cups broccoli and cauliflower

Stove Warm / Heat 3 tbsp Canola Oil, 2 chicken bouillon cubes, 2 tbsp chopped onions, 2 tsp ginger, 1 chopped garlic clove, 3 - 4 drops of fruit flavored food flavoring oil

Steam 3/8 cup raisins, 1/4 cup chopped cashews, in last 5 minutes of steaming

When rice is perfectly steamed, Pour off excess water (well?) and STIR together with the seasoned oil.

Scoop onto plates.

Face Calcutta and mutter (pun!) "Thank You [Kali | Krishna | Vishnu | whoever]!"

DIG IN!

There is no need to dirty a serving dish, none will be left.

 

Serves 1 to 2 mouths
