Mardi Gras Indians

Hmmm, Indians, well some few are Indians, most are New Orleans blacks. But what a wonderful spectacle, these guys dressed in bright colorful silly costumes! Oh, and the sometimes music. Check out my pix of the black guys totally in native NOLA garb, especially the dude with a walker, what a heaven was there to see and hear, too bad I couldn't tape it. Try to imagine the profane and heavenly sounds that came from that black saint's lips!
